本项目旨在将陕西地区的代表性面食种类在空间中介绍及呈现。文化区主要介绍了面食的起源及当地的面食种类及特点，另设有面食制作体验区，增加了互动性和体验内容，另外的空间则作为体验区提供各类面食的用餐品尝。项目场地原为一酒吧，存在多种层高，由原设计在规划时将空间化零为整，同时保留了原有的DJ台，作为拉面制作展示舞台。

This project aims at introducing and presenting representative types of pasta in Shaanxi in space. The cultural area mainly introduces the origin of pasta and the types and characteristics of local pasta. There is also a pasta production experience area, which adds interactive and experience content. The other space is used as an experience area to provide various kinds of pasta meals. The site of the project was originally a bar with many levels. The original design changed the space into a whole while retaining the original DJ platform as a stage for Ramen production and display.
