In this exhibition of traditional craft teaching along the silk road, teacher xia yibo, the founder of xia yibo design, also came to the opening ceremony as an invited guest.At the meeting, wang yuan, director of xi 'an contemporary art museum, said that the exhibition is an excellent way to express the traditional culture of the silk road. At the same time, I also hope that xi 'an academy of fine arts, the cradle of art located at the beginning of the silk road, can fully absorb the essence of traditional Chinese culture, make use of innovative thinking mode, and let the Chinese civilization shine on the art stage of the world.

This exhibition practices the protection and inheritance and innovation of traditional culture under the strategy of "One Belt And One Road". It is the first time that the design department of xi 'an academy of fine arts has extended the teaching activities of art inspection and sketching to the west in the past 20 years, and focuses on the traditional crafts and intangible cultural heritage projects in the four provinces along the silk road.
